When she is released from prison, Toni (Noée Abita) tries to rebuild her life and reconnect with her daughter Anna (Aélis Mottart), raised by her grandmother Betty (Pascale Bussières). But her former love, Max (Matteo Simoni), unwittingly lures her to a criminal world that she wants to flee. Employed in her uncle Frank's (Olivier Gourmet) restaurant, she discovers his smuggling activities and Max gets her involved in a violent altercation on the docks. She has to deal with the pressure of the police and tries to redeem herself by distancing herself from Max. But trouble catches up with her, putting her family in danger. Toni will take all the risks to finally find a chance for the future alongside Anna and Betty.
